English Female & Male Names Wildcards

Here's a wildcard for English names for males and females. It contains plenty of common first names and surnames along with some obscure ones. The list primarily have the most common and established spelling for names and doesn't include the diminutive forms of them (i.e. Samuel --> Sammy).
