Tip: get "ComfyUI Manager" if you don't have it, and use the button "Install Missing Custom Nodes". This helped me get set up a bit quicker. It still took me some time to find the correct in the correct .safetensors for the decoder, encoder, clip etc but after all that it just worked. So cool project. My images are not very animated and moving really stiff, but the fact that this works at all is neat, and I am excited to keep tweaking it and see if I can get the desired result. It takes about 5 minutes to render a second of video on a 3090 (this is using the mochi fp8_e4m3fn model, the bf16 took muchhh longer).
