Bombastic idea for costume ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I feel like this can easily lose the right vibe when used with character loras through, and then it start feeling just like underwear + colorful wings. It still can end up quite nice, but I like it best when the carnival vibe work out ^_^
