Seems the AI really struggles with hands and any form of nonstandard gestures, but even waving is problematic. In addition while it seems that the mature toggle is required to consistently produce outputs with even remotely any form of bare neck or chest (i.e. not anything more indecent than fashion runway or a music video) on civitai it produces very NSFW images.

(Some sorts of experimentation will be found in my image posts with mostly medical themed stuff as well.
