The automatic TOS violation-checker software that Civitai recently launched is SO VERY BAD piece of software that it makes me feel ashamed for its development team. It is obviously poorly coded and put together in a hurry. The result is a classic case of bad coding that makes the tool deliver gigantic amounts of false positive TOS violation claims, completely false accusations of vile TOS-violations, and what's the most disgusting thing, the company has no interest in manually reviewing the images and returning them (or optionally at least the bought buzz a user loses), despite a "fake button" for reporting an image for review. Civitai's management should take down this software that is clearly NOT READY, but I can only guess the amount of buzz it steals, forcing users to buy more buzz is a revenue that they cannot resist. Also as they already went and bragged to media about this "revolutionary" software, their pride probably does not allow the takedown. Well, just wait when the media finds out how BAD this software really is - then you will cry much more. Sad, just so sad. Can't see the forest for the trees in time. Hope some one takes this buzztheft to court.
