P.S. From what I've eventually noticed, it's best to first try the loras with no positive quality tags, then with just "masterpiece, best quality," tags if results aren't up to snuff, or else it leads to a generic style. In regards to lora strength, I have no clue, figure it out yourselves according to your own needs.
