[IL] Julie Power - Lightspeed (Power Pack, Earth-5631)

Elder sister of Marvel's Power Pack (specifically the version from the series of Gurihiru illustrated miniseries that ran between 2005 and 2010).

Main: G_H_J_P, red hair, long hair, blue eyes,
Outfit: two-tone bodysuit, red bodysuit,metal vambraces, metal boots
Negative: covered navel (general Illustrious issue with superhero costumes), knee pads (reduces tendencies on boots to gain a growth)

V2 is made with 51 freshly captured and cleaned images, 29 of which she's in costume. Did this since I had too many small and low quality images in OG dataset. I actually made this update back in mid-May, but the site was experiencing technical difficulties so I held off on publishing it here till those were over. When they were I forgot to, then I remembered so now it's here.
