- More cool models

ℹ️ BitReal 2.0 crafts images of striking photorealism, where every detail feels alive and tangible, as if captured through the lens of a master photographer on the golden edge of twilight. The model favors luminous, cinematic lighting - soft yet dramatic rim lights that gently halo flowing hair, crisp specular highlights dancing across skin, and deep, velvety shadows that lend depth and mystery. Textures are rendered with exquisite finesse: individual strands of hair catch the light with natural separation, delicate freckles scatter like constellations across cheeks and shoulders, and fabrics - whether sheer silk or intricate lace - reveal subtle translucency and micro-fibers that whisper realism.

The signature color palette weaves warmth with elegance: rich auburn and copper-red tones dominate flowing tresses, set against warm-neutral skin tones kissed by rosy blush. Backgrounds often embrace cool, desaturated contrasts - misty emerald forests, starry indigo lakes, or jewel-like indoor accents - creating a magnetic interplay that draws the eye to the subject. Compositions feel intimate and refined, favoring medium-close views with graceful poses that evoke quiet confidence and timeless allure.

BitReal 2.0 delivers a luxurious, hyper-detailed aesthetic - polished yet soulful, glamorous without excess, blending modern beauty ideals with an almost painterly sense of atmosphere and emotion.

ℹ️ BitReal 1.0 marks the first chapter in a new artistic journey, built upon the strong foundations of Illustrious while reaching toward a more refined balance of realism and stylized beauty. It crafts figures with porcelain-smooth yet lifelike skin, kissed by cinematic lighting that sculpts every curve and contour with dramatic elegance. The aesthetic feels both intimate and larger-than-life - a modern digital dream where idealized forms meet subtle photographic realism.

The color world is vivid yet harmonious: warm golden-peach and bronze complexions glow against saturated jewel tones in hair (fiery crimson, electric teal, rose quartz, midnight violet) and luminous accents of neon cyan or magenta rim light. Shadows fall deep and velvety, while highlights carry a gentle, almost liquid sheen that gives skin and fabrics a soft radiance without crossing into overt gloss. Clothing and accessories - when present - favor high-fashion alternative-adjacent silhouettes reimagined with glossy patent textures, delicate lacework, structured corsetry, and playful thematic touches (bunny ears, chokers with symbolic pendants, thigh-high accents), always rendered with couture-level precision and specular poetry.

BitReal 1.0 celebrates exaggerated yet graceful proportions: body that flow into generous, rounded volumes, and an almost sculptural harmony of form. Facial features remain delicate and expressive - large luminous eyes, full sculpted lips, high cheekbones - carrying an beautiful gaze framed by soft bloom and selective focus. The result is a signature blend of high-end character design, dramatic studio portraiture, and dreamlike stylized realism: clean, glamorous, emotionally magnetic, and unmistakably BitReal.

Why I Created My Own Access Control

I have been a creator on Civitai since December 2022. My goal has always been to help make model training, design, and development a sustainable, professional activity, not only for myself, but for other creators too. Supporting people who want to create models professionally is good for users, for creators, for the entire community, including Civitai itself.

Civitai has shared some of this vision and has tried to create ways to support creators. Unfortunately, their current Creators Program has serious problems:

  • Civitai was deplatformed by payment processors and operates at a loss.

  • The current compensation model pays creators mainly for model usage in the generator.

  • Early Access limits paid access to only 15 days, after which models must be free.

  • Buzz extraction value has dropped to ~45% of its original worth, making withdrawals basically a 55% fee.

  • Bugs and creator feedback are ignored for months, and several team members who used to listen have left.

I believe this system is unfair, harmful, and exploitative. Creators should be able to:

  • Sell models without arbitrary time limits.

  • Pay a fair platform fee of 15% or less.

Civitai briefly tested a much better system called Clubs in early 2024, which worked well for creators, but it was canceled after backlash from a loud minority that opposed fair creator compensation. I have long hoped Civitai would fix these issues, as I’ve suggested in my articles:

But nothing has changed. Bugs remain unresolved, feedback is ignored, and I’ve lost optimism about Civitai’s willingness to improve.

That’s why I’ve decided to experiment with my own alternative access control system, a fairer way to share models with users who value my work.
