If there's no other tags related to hands, it's a 50-50 if both hands or one hand is doing the gesture, so I recommend adding an extra tag "hand up" to assist only one hand is up doing the pinching and adding a second tag like "hand on waist" to control what the second hand is doing.

Trained on 100 images. I take my time decensoring, cropping, cleaning up my dataset to make my Loras.
