Users are solely responsible for any infringement of rights, violations of platform terms of service, claims for damages, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from the use of these models. I assume no liability for any such issues.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, retraining, use in merged models, or uploading of these models to other websites or platforms, including PixAI, SeaArt, and TensorArt, is strictly prohibited.

As a measure against unauthorized redistribution, older versions and PONY versions of the models are currently unavailable. Their release may be reconsidered once the issue has been resolved.

現在、無断転載への対応として旧バージョンおよびPONY版モデルを非公開化しています。問題が解消された場合は再公開を検討します。
