本モデルの無断転載・再配布・再学習・マージモデルへの利用・他サイト（PixAI、SeaArt、TensorArt など）へのアップロードを固く禁じます。

また、本モデルを利用して生成した画像をAI学習用データセットとして再利用する行為、および第三者へ再配布する行為を禁止します。

これらの行為が確認された場合、当該ユーザーは無断転載先のアカウントを含め、予告なくブロック対象となる場合があります。

現在、無断転載への対応として旧バージョンおよびPONY版モデルを非公開化しています。問題が解消された場合は再公開を検討します。
