Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, re-uploading, retraining, merging into other models,

or uploading my models to other platforms (including but not limited to PixAI, SeaArt, TensorArt, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

The use of images generated with this model for AI training datasets, model training, or redistribution to third parties is also prohibited.

If any of the above activities are detected, the user may be blocked without prior notice, including accounts on platforms where unauthorized uploads are found.

これらの行為が確認された場合、当該ユーザーは無断転載先のアカウントを含め、予告なくブロック対象となる場合があります。

このモデルを利用して生成されたコンテンツについては、各プラットフォームの利用規約および版権元のガイドラインを遵守してください。

本モデルの利用に起因して発生した権利侵害、利用規約違反、損害賠償請求、アカウント停止その他一切の法的責任は、利用者本人が負うものとし、当方は責任を負いません。

現在、無断転載への対応として旧バージョンおよびPONY版モデルを非公開化しています。問題が解消された場合は再公開を検討します。
